BRAINLIFE.IO, the PESTILLI LAB, NSF and IU MAKE NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, IN FACT OR ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND DATA PRIVACY OR ACCURACY. BRAINLIFE.IO NEITHER REPRESENTS NOR WARRANTS THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. You assume all risks associated with the use of brainlife.io use, including but not limited to the risks and costs of program errors, compliance with applicable laws, damage to or loss of data, programs or equipment, and the unavailability or interruption of operation. brainlife.io is not intended to be used in any situation where a failure could cause risk of injury or damage to property of individuals.

Use of brainlife.io platform is subject to this Acceptable Use Policy.

User agrees not to, and not to allow third parties to use our platforms

  • to violate, or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others (for example, this may include allowing other users to infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of others in violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act);

  • to disable, interfere with or circumvent any aspect of the platform.

  • to engage in, promote or encourage illegal activity;

  • for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory or fraudulent purpose (for example, this may include phishing, creating a pyramid scheme or mirroring a website);

  • to intentionally distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature;

  • to interfere with the use of the platform, or the equipment used to provide the platform, by users, authorized resellers, or other authorized users;

  • to generate, distribute, publish or facilitate unsolicited mass email, promotions, advertisings or other solicitations (“spam”); or
